Welcome to ResuFlow, an AI-assisted CV / resume maker operated by Logical Flows (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the ResuFlow website and mobile applications on iOS and Android. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ResuFlow lets you create, edit, preview, export, and share resumes / CVs, run ATS-style job-match scoring, and use AI writing tools subject to plan limits. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under it. Provide accurate registration information. You must be old enough to use the product under the laws of your country (and at least 13).
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the CV content you enter. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide ResuFlow (including sync, preview, PDF export, ATS analysis, and AI features you request). You confirm you have the right to submit the information you enter.
4. AI and ATS features
AI suggestions and ATS scores are automated estimates to help you improve your resume. They are not a guarantee of interviews, hiring outcomes, or perfect keyword matching with any employer system. Always review AI output before using it.
5. Subscriptions and payments
ResuFlow may offer a free tier with limits and a paid Pro plan. Mobile purchases and renewals are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing shown in the app should match store listings. Manage, cancel, or request refunds through the store’s rules. Restoring purchases re-checks active entitlements on your account.
6. Ads
Free users may see advertisements, including rewarded ads that unlock additional AI or ATS uses. Pro subscribers are not required to watch ads for those unlocked Pro benefits.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, spam, attempts to reverse-engineer or abuse APIs, circumvent usage limits, or interfere with other users or our systems. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer
ResuFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, or that using the product will result in employment.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Logical Flows and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you only used the free tier).
10. Termination
You may stop using ResuFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.
