Delete your account
Request deletion of your ResuFlow account and associated CV data. Google Play and App Store policies require a clear deletion path. We aim to process requests within 7–14 days.
1. How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the same address you use to sign in to ResuFlow. Subject line: “ResuFlow account deletion”. Include your platform (web, iOS, or Android).
2. What we delete
Your Firebase Auth account, profile document, and CVs stored under users/{uid}. Notification records tied to your account are also removed.
3. What may remain
Limited billing or legal records may be retained as required by Apple, Google, or applicable law. Subscription cancellations must still be managed in App Store or Google Play settings.
