ResuFlow (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Logical Flows, provides an AI-assisted CV / resume builder on the web, iOS, and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using ResuFlow, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account data (name, email, and sign-in provider such as Google or Apple), profile details you enter, CV / resume content you create (personal info, summary, experience, education, skills, languages, certifications, and related text), usage data (features you use, ATS checks, AI writes), purchase / subscription status from Apple App Store or Google Play, device information needed for crash and support reports, and optional notification tokens if you enable push notifications. On the website, drafts may also be stored in your browser until you sync to an account.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to create and sync your CVs across devices, run ATS matching and AI writing features, manage free limits and Pro subscriptions, send product notifications you opt into, improve reliability and security, and respond to support requests you send to [email protected].
3. AI processing
When you use AI features (for example summary suggestions, cover letters, or ATS analysis), relevant CV text and job-description text you provide may be sent to our AI service providers solely to generate your requested output. Do not include sensitive personal data you do not want processed for these features.
4. Ads and analytics
On free plans we may show ads (for example rewarded ads to unlock uses) using Google AdMob, AdSense, or similar partners. Those partners may collect device or advertising identifiers according to their own policies. We may use basic analytics to understand feature usage and stability.
5. Storage and sharing
Your account and CV data are stored with cloud providers such as Firebase (Google). We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run ResuFlow (auth, database, payments, ads, AI), when required by law, or with your direction (for example when you export or share a PDF).
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated CV data by contacting [email protected] or using our Delete Account page. We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, or billing purposes.
7. Your choices
You can edit or delete CV content in the app or website, manage notification permissions in system settings, restore or cancel subscriptions through Apple or Google, and contact us for access or deletion requests. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
8. Children
ResuFlow is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International users
ResuFlow may process data on servers located in different countries (including via Google Firebase). By using the product you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations with appropriate safeguards.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
